The Staff Engineer SDET will design and manage scale test infrastructure, develop benchmark test suites, and mentor junior engineers to enhance cloud-native security and DevOps practices.

Lead test coverage and automation for multi-cloud BGP and routing features across AWS, GCP, and Azure. Design and run tests for scaling, encrypted tunnels, tunnelless BGP, route observability, and route filtering. Build CI-integrated regression suites, provide QA during design, triage routing escalations, define test completion criteria, and produce release quality evidence.

Lead product strategy and long-term vision for interrelated cloud networking features. Drive roadmap decisions, engage enterprise customers, coordinate cross-functional execution, conduct market and competitive research, evangelize solutions, and mentor junior product managers to deliver scalable multi-cloud networking and security capabilities.

The role involves participating in the software testing lifecycle, collaborating on product design, developing test cases, automation, and performance testing in cloud environments.

Design and deliver high-performance backend platform features for a multi-tenant SaaS PaaS. Own microservice architecture, scalability, fault tolerance, and API contracts. Build services (gRPC/REST), use AWS managed services, ensure observability/resiliency, runbook/incident readiness, mentor engineers, participate in on-call/RCAs, and collaborate with product and recruiting.

Lead and hands-on build key PaaS features: design, implement, and operate distributed systems on Kubernetes and multi-cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP). Manage and mentor a small engineering team, drive architecture and technical decisions, own feature lifecycles, recruit, and partner with product to deliver scalable, secure network-routing capabilities.

Provide senior-level, hands-on support for complex multicloud networking and security issues. Serve as technical escalation for deployment, integration, optimization, and critical incident RCA. Troubleshoot network connectivity and performance across AWS, Azure, and GCP; analyze packets, logs, and metrics; coordinate with Sales, Solution Engineering, and Product Engineering; document KB articles and runbooks; mentor junior engineers and participate in on-call rotations.

Serve as the primary security subject-matter expert in sales: lead technical discovery, design/customize security architectures, run demos and PoCs, support RFPs, advise customers and partners, collaborate with sales to qualify opportunities and close deals, and feed product and market intelligence back to engineering and product teams.

The Principal Solutions Engineer combines cybersecurity expertise with sales skills to drive revenue, engage with customers, and architect security solutions leveraging Aviatrix's cloud networking products.

Lead design and delivery of Golang microservices, large-scale AWS data pipelines, and SaaS platform operations. Define architectures, standards, observability, and reliability; own IaC (Terraform/CDK), Kubernetes (EKS), AWS networking/security, CI/CD, incident response, and mentor engineering teams.

Validate and execute functional, performance, and scalability tests for cloud networking products across AWS/Azure/GCP/OCI. Design and run performance tests (iperf/ethr), automate tests with Python/pytest, troubleshoot complex network issues (BGP, IPsec, VPN), and produce testing documentation and reports.

Lead architecture and hands-on development of AI-driven cloud network security systems across multi-cloud environments. Design Python/Go distributed systems, intelligent firewalls, telemetry analytics, and LLM-integrated threat automation. Mentor engineering teams, drive standards and innovation, present technical roadmaps, and deliver large-scale, cross-geography initiatives.

Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate cloud infrastructure, and integrate AI tools into workflows while ensuring security and performance optimization.

Lead design and delivery of customer-specific cloud networking enablement programs. Architect multi-cloud labs and curriculum, run high-stakes workshops, partner with Sales and Professional Services, and evolve AI-driven training content based on field signal. Serve as technical authority for enterprise customers during pre- and post-sale engagements.

The Account Executive is responsible for outbound sales activities, managing client relationships, generating leads, and closing deals in the cloud networking space.
