Process vendor invoices, ACH payments and twice-weekly check runs; route invoices for approval, perform data entry, answer vendor inquiries, resolve payment issues, and cross-train as AP backup. Maintain deadlines and vendor relations in an onsite, Monday–Friday corporate environment.

Supervise and participate in ramp and ground handling operations for commercial and charter flights. Direct, train, and coordinate agents; ensure FAA/TSA compliance; operate and maintain ramp equipment; manage communications with carriers and airport authorities; handle billing, reporting, and emergency procedures; work varied shifts in outdoor airport environments.

Supervise line staff and oversee FBO duties including aircraft fueling, deicing, towing, ground handling, vehicle inspections, safety compliance, staffing/scheduling, customer service, and grounds/janitorial tasks in all weather conditions.

Supervise and participate in ramp operations for commercial and charter flights, including passenger check-in, baggage handling, aircraft servicing, equipment operation, training agents, enforcing FAA/TSA rules, coordinating with airlines/TSA, maintaining records, and handling billing and supplies.

Review, draft, and manage contracts and NDAs; identify and escalate risks; maintain audit-ready contract records; coordinate with outside counsel; support contract standardization, KYC requests, trademark renewals, and corporate governance documentation.

Receive customer calls and place fuel orders; contact carriers and terminals; maintain assigned customer territory. Perform fast, accurate data entry using company software, provide on-call and weekend support as needed, and apply logistics problem-solving, multitasking, and strong customer service.

Perform data-driven financial analysis, build and maintain financial models and automated reports, deliver regular dashboards and ad-hoc reports, identify and resolve data discrepancies, and support cross-functional finance and accounting projects under the direction of the Director of Financial Operations.

Manage day-to-day FBO operations including customer service, line operations, safety and compliance, staffing, training, fuel supply coordination, facility maintenance, reporting, payroll, and invoicing while leading a team and ensuring regulatory and safety standards.

Respond to and troubleshoot QA and technical service calls for aviation refueler trucks, read electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic schematics, perform flow tests, travel to field sites for scheduled and emergency repairs, write reports, and provide hands-on diagnostics and customer support.
