Drive revenue and expand market share in government and military aviation fuel. Develop and execute strategic sales plans, manage and grow key accounts, pursue new business, negotiate contracts and pricing, align customers with supply operations, monitor market trends, represent the company at industry events, and maintain CRM, expense and call reports.

Prepare, analyze, and report financial data by building and maintaining models, automated reports, and dashboards. Identify trends and data discrepancies, support cross-functional projects, and deliver regular financial reporting to inform strategic decision-making.

Manage day-to-day FBO operations ensuring compliance, safety, customer service, staffing, training, fuel supply coordination, maintenance oversight, reporting, and support to the General Manager.

Process vendor invoices, ACH payments and twice-weekly check runs; route invoices for approval, perform data entry, answer vendor inquiries, resolve payment issues, and cross-train as AP backup. Maintain deadlines and vendor relations in an onsite, Monday–Friday corporate environment.

Supervise and participate in ramp operations for commercial and charter flights, including passenger check-in, baggage handling, aircraft servicing, equipment operation, training agents, enforcing FAA/TSA rules, coordinating with airlines/TSA, maintaining records, and handling billing and supplies.

Receive customer calls and place fuel orders; contact carriers and terminals; maintain assigned customer territory. Perform fast, accurate data entry using company software, provide on-call and weekend support as needed, and apply logistics problem-solving, multitasking, and strong customer service.

Manage day-to-day FBO operations including customer service, line operations, safety and compliance, staffing, training, fuel supply coordination, facility maintenance, reporting, payroll, and invoicing while leading a team and ensuring regulatory and safety standards.

Respond to and troubleshoot QA and technical service calls for aviation refueler trucks, read electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic schematics, perform flow tests, travel to field sites for scheduled and emergency repairs, write reports, and provide hands-on diagnostics and customer support.
