Performs general accounting functions, including financial statement preparation, general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations, account analysis, monthly close support, budgeting, discrepancy resolution, and audit support. Collaborates with internal teams to ensure GAAP compliance and accurate financial reporting. Provides management reporting, financial insights, and support for special projects.

Performs 60% accounts receivable and 40% accounts payable tasks: entering and reconciling customer payments, maintaining supplier accounts, entering credit purchases into Concur, filing and recordkeeping, mail and UPS coordination, managing office and breakroom supplies, and providing general administrative support to the Accounting department.

Manages safety, standards, and training programs across 22 FBO locations. Responsibilities include maintaining compliance standards, training and standardizing instructional personnel, developing normal and emergency SOPs, managing training records, investigating accidents and injuries, improving the Safety Management System, and conducting site audits across FBO and airline ground-handling operations. Frequent travel is required.

Lead design and modernization of enterprise network infrastructure across HQ and ~30 sites. Define architecture and standards (Fortinet/Cisco), drive refresh projects, manage ISPs/vendors, ensure reliability/security, mentor engineers, and enforce change management and operational best practices.

Respond to and troubleshoot QA and technical service calls for aviation refueler trucks, read electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic schematics, perform flow tests, travel to field sites for scheduled and emergency repairs, write reports, and provide hands-on diagnostics and customer support.

Supervise FBO line staff and oversee aircraft ground handling including fueling, deicing, towing, parking, and lavatory service. Manage staffing and safety compliance, perform equipment and fuel farm inspections, maintain grounds, and provide customer service in all weather and noise conditions.

Drive revenue and expand market share in government and military aviation fuel. Develop and execute strategic sales plans, manage and grow key accounts, pursue new business, negotiate contracts and pricing, align customers with supply operations, monitor market trends, represent the company at industry events, and maintain CRM, expense and call reports.
