Process and enter invoices, route for approval, resolve vendor payment issues, run ACH and twice-weekly check payments and tax voucher entries, perform daily data entry, answer vendor calls, and cross-train as departmental backup.

Supervise and participate in ramp and ground handling operations for commercial and charter flights. Direct, train, and coordinate agents, ensure regulatory compliance (FAA/TSA), maintain equipment, manage communications with carriers and airport authorities, handle billing/cash tasks, and maintain safety and training records.

Supervise FBO line staff and oversee aircraft ground handling including fueling, deicing, towing, parking, and lavatory service. Manage staffing and safety compliance, perform equipment and fuel farm inspections, maintain grounds, and provide customer service in all weather and noise conditions.
