Performs accounts receivable and accounts payable activities, including payment reconciliation, supplier account maintenance, expense entry, and recordkeeping. Provides administrative support by managing files, mail, UPS shipments, package deliveries, office supplies, and breakroom inventory. Requires strong data entry, organizational, communication, customer service, and Microsoft Office skills while supporting the Accounting department onsite.

Supervises airport line service staff and performs aircraft fueling, deicing, towing, parking, lavatory servicing, and customer assistance. Maintains fuel farm and vehicle safety inspections, supports staffing schedules, and ensures compliance with FAA and company safety procedures. The role requires outdoor work in varied weather, heavy lifting, equipment operation, and flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Manages safety, standards, training, and operational procedure programs across 22 FBO locations. Responsibilities include maintaining compliance, training instructional personnel, developing SOPs, standardizing training records, supporting accident investigations and the Safety Management System, and conducting on-site audits of FBO and airline ground-handling operations. Frequent travel is required.
