Supports aviation infrastructure and capital improvement projects from planning and procurement through construction, completion, and closeout. Responsibilities include scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking, documentation, contract and vendor administration, progress reporting, risk mitigation, stakeholder coordination, quality assurance, environmental fieldwork, and on-site project support. The role requires substantial travel and collaboration with contractors, airport representatives, vendors, and internal teams.

Supports accounting operations through cash application, batch reconciliation, airline invoicing, customer pricing, discrepancy resolution, collections follow-up, billing assistance, data entry, filing, and special projects. The role works with Avflight locations and customers to resolve billing concerns and outstanding receivables while maintaining accurate records and providing strong customer service.

Oversee daily airport cargo and warehouse operations, ensuring safe, efficient handling, SOP compliance, customer service, and contractual performance. Lead supervisors and employees, manage scheduling, training, attendance, overtime, safety programs, incident investigations, facility and GSE maintenance, and customer or airport authority relationships. The role is fully on-site, operates across varied hours, and may involve indoor and outdoor work in changing weather conditions.
