Lead and coach a regional Account Management team while managing a portfolio of large employer groups. Oversee implementations, resolve escalations, monitor performance metrics, partner with Sales and internal teams, and drive retention and process improvements. Capture and update member data, research and escalate complex issues, ensure HIPAA compliance, navigate healthcare programs and systems, and work scheduled Eastern Time shifts in a 100% remote call center.

Provide compassionate inbound phone support to Medicaid dental members in a high-volume remote call center. Answer 40-60 calls daily, document interactions, research and escalate unresolved issues, collaborate with internal teams, maintain HIPAA confidentiality, and adapt to changing programs and business rules.

Sell commercial vision (and related ancillary) programs to employers across a defined Northeast territory. Drive new business, respond to RFPs, manage pipeline and proposals, build broker and client relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams for implementation and renewals, and achieve sales targets while traveling to meet clients and attend industry events.
