Lead development of powered land and data center energy infrastructure, build a repeatable pipeline of powered land and co-development opportunities, manage site selection, permitting, utility coordination, and energy agreements, and build partnerships with utilities, hyperscalers, and developers to monetize and develop energized campuses.

Lead and develop the general accounting function for a multi-entity renewables company. Oversee month-end and quarter-end close, consolidations, accounts payable, internal reporting, auditor interactions, and strategic accounting initiatives while coaching and building the accounting team.

Lead project scheduling for a portfolio of utility-scale solar-plus-storage projects: manage a small team of contract schedulers, develop and maintain master schedules in P6 and Microsoft Project, integrate multi‑EPC inputs, ensure schedule quality (SQI/SPI/CPM), support cost-loaded cash flow forecasting, maintain Sitetracker data integrity, and produce schedule analytics and reporting for project leadership.

The role involves managing the development of solar and energy storage projects, requiring leadership, project management, and strong financial analysis. Candidates need at least 5 years in energy infrastructure development, particularly in WECC markets. Responsibilities include site acquisition, permitting, budget management, and stakeholder coordination.

Lead technical optimization for utility-scale solar+storage projects from early development through financing. Model production (P50/P90/P99), evaluate design and LCOE trade-offs, support PPA bids, coordinate with EPCs and IEs, perform technical diligence, and present optimization findings to stakeholders.
