The Associate, Project Finance will support the team in sourcing and executing project sales and structured financing, performing market analysis, and collaborating across teams to ensure transaction deadlines are met.

Lead storage engineering for utility-scale PV+S projects: define BESS scope, partner with suppliers and EPCs, write and negotiate technical contracts, specify controls/SCADA, support permitting and compliance, review technical deliverables, and manage handoff through construction, commissioning, and operation to meet PPA obligations.

Lead integrated execution for utility-scale solar and battery projects from pre-PPA through mobilization and financial close. Own schedule, budgets, procurement, risk register, and cross-functional coordination across engineering, procurement, construction, finance, legal, interconnection, and commercial. Drive decisions with an owner’s mindset to protect long-term asset performance and support executive reporting and financial close readiness.
