Oversee end-to-end QA/QC compliance for mechanical and oil and gas projects. Manage quality plans, inspection and test plans, inspections, testing, NDT activities, records, and handover documentation. Coordinate with contractors and third parties, ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and applicable industry standards, and drive corrective and preventive actions for continuous improvement.

Coordinates employee and guest travel bookings, negotiates arrangements, maintains travel policies, manages budgets and expenses, processes invoices, supports attendance tracking, facilitates visa invitation letters and applications, and communicates with internal and external stakeholders to resolve travel and administrative issues.

Supports the creation of digital visuals, marketing materials, social media content, branding assets, infographics, presentations, and internal communications. Edits images, graphics, and videos while helping maintain brand consistency. Collaborates with the marketing team and contributes original design ideas across multiple projects.
