Provide high-level administrative and office management support to the CEO, including managing communications and calendar, coordinating travel and errands, preparing presentations and meeting minutes, overseeing office operations, assisting with basic accounting tasks, and supporting onboarding and administrative needs across Avana and Ezdaher.

Lead AVANA's financial strategy, debt fund management, banking and investor relations, fund structuring, compliance (SEC and international), cash and risk management, budgeting, audits, and finance team development while partnering with the CEO to raise capital and drive global growth.

Manage and optimize MSSQL databases and cloud database solutions, perform data migrations, develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures and reporting automation, implement ETL and data warehousing solutions, ensure data quality and security, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights under tight deadlines.

Analyze loan requests, evaluate borrower financials and collateral, prepare credit memos, recommend loan structures, monitor portfolio risk, administer construction loans, collaborate with teams, and ensure compliance with credit policy. Provide timely prescreens, CAM drafts, and support U.S. underwriting standards while working U.S. hours.

Manage and grow relationships with Indian hoteliers (US market), drive business development and strategic planning, prepare proposals and market research, represent the firm at industry events, report performance metrics, and maintain CRM records. Requires bilingual Gujarati/Hindi communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Support treasury and accounting functions by monitoring daily cash positions, preparing reconciliations and treasury reports, developing cash flow forecasts and dashboards, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing banking relationships, and recommending process improvements to optimize liquidity and controls.

Ensure the organization's operations, transactions and products comply with Shariah law and regulatory requirements. Develop and implement Shariah-compliant policies and procedures, audit and monitor activities, investigate breaches, liaise with regulators, provide training to staff, and report findings to senior management. Oversee AML/KYC compliance and remediate audit findings to maintain ethical and legal adherence across investments and financing activities.

Support implementation of digital and traditional marketing campaigns: create and manage content, schedule and catalog assets in the CMS within 24 hours, run social media engagement, analyze campaign performance, assist events and market research, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve efficiency and engagement.
