The role requires deep knowledge of RBI regulations, credit appraisal, lending operations, portfolio management, and financial strategy, along with the ability to build teams, improve operational efficiency, secure funding, and expand access to small-business financing across India.

Originates, structures, and closes commercial real estate and SBA 504 loans while expanding the institution’s loan portfolio. Builds relationships with borrowers, brokers, developers, and referral partners; evaluates financials and collateral; manages a deal pipeline; and meets production goals. Collaborates with underwriting, closing, marketing, and credit teams to improve approval rates and client outcomes. The role also supports market development, networking, training, and process improvements, with occasional travel to the Peoria, Arizona office.

Leads enterprise lending strategy across CRE and SBA 504 platforms, overseeing loan origination, structuring, portfolio growth, credit risk, regulatory compliance, and governance. Partners with executive leadership, the Board, capital providers, and banking affiliates while developing lending programs and managing high-risk credits. Builds high-performing sales and lending teams, promotes responsible AI adoption, and ensures portfolio performance, profitability, and regulatory standards.
