Independent electrical design and automation consultant responsible for reducing machine electrical costs, optimizing BOMs, standardizing PLC, HMI, VFD, and servo platforms, improving panel and wiring designs, localizing imported components, developing vendors, and evaluating alternate makes. The role supports printing and industrial machinery OEMs by partnering with design, purchasing, production, and vendor-development teams to deliver measurable savings and manufacturing efficiencies.

Conduct quality inspections, PDI and finished-goods checks across machinery production. Perform assembly and spot inspections, maintain quality documentation, audit suppliers, identify and resolve problems, manage calibration tools, support process improvements, and ensure compliance with standards. The role requires mechanical drawing interpretation, inspection-tool expertise, CNC and cylindrical-grinding experience, reporting skills, and occasional supplier-audit travel.

Develop, optimize, and sustain CNC machining processes: create CAM programs, define cutting parameters, qualify tooling, improve OEE and cost-per-piece, support installations, provide DFM feedback, and train operators across domestic and export supply chains.

Lead end-to-end accounting operations (payables, receivables, bank reconciliations, GL); prepare financial statements, MIS and statutory filings; manage GST/TDS and compliance; support audits; control costs and assist budgeting and forecasting; use ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Zoho Books); mentor junior accounting staff.

Lead expansion and management of a PAN India dealer network: recruit and onboard partners, run channel marketing and engagement programs, coordinate with Sales/Service/Product, conduct dealer visits and reviews, monitor dealer performance, organize training and events, gather market intelligence, and meet channel development and expansion targets.

Support day-to-day store and inventory operations: receive, store, and issue materials; maintain stock records and inventory registers; assist with packing and dispatch; uphold cleanliness, safety, and 5S practices; coordinate with internal teams and handle materials physically.

Handle 50–80 inbound/outbound customer calls daily, maintain CRM records, follow up with leads, support sales team to close deals, and coordinate with internal teams for customer management.

Drive regional sales for Autoprint's post-press machinery by identifying leads, conducting demos, negotiating and closing deals, managing customer relationships and payments, coordinating with technical/service teams, and maintaining market intelligence and customer databases to meet regional targets.

Support daily Production, Quality, and Procurement activities; assist process improvements and operational efficiency; coordinate with teams and suppliers; prepare reports and documentation; follow safety and quality standards.

Manage procurement of materials/components for manufacturing, select and develop vendors, coordinate deliveries and inward quality checks, maintain ERP records, drive cost reduction, and collaborate with production, design, and quality teams. Travel for vendor visits and audits as required.
