Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Channel
Partner Manager – Marketing to strengthen, expand, and manage our PAN India
dealership network. The role will be responsible for developing channel
partners, enhancing dealer engagement, driving market penetration, and
supporting business growth across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute
strategies to strengthen the existing dealer network across India.
- Identify, evaluate, and
onboard new channel partners in potential markets.
- Build strong
relationships with dealers and distributors to maximize business
opportunities.
- Conduct regular dealer
visits and business reviews.
- Drive channel marketing
initiatives, dealer development programs, and partner engagement
activities.
- Coordinate with Sales,
Service, and Product teams to ensure excellent dealer support.
- Monitor dealer
performance and implement improvement plans where required.
- Organize dealer meets,
training programs, and channel partner events.
- Gather market
intelligence and competitor insights to support business growth.
- Ensure achievement of
dealership expansion and channel development targets
Requirements
Eligibility Criteria
Age: 35–45 Years
Qualification:
- Any Bachelor's Degree
(Mandatory)
- MBA in Marketing /
Business Management (Preferred)
Experience
- 10–15 years of
experience in Channel Sales, Dealer Development, Business Development, or
Channel Marketing.
- Experience in
manufacturing, industrial machinery, capital equipment, printing,
packaging, engineering, or allied industries preferred.
- Proven track record in
managing large dealer networks across multiple regions.
Skills Required
- Hindi – Mandatory
- Good command of English;
additional regional languages will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and
negotiation skills.
- Relationship-building
and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Strategic thinking and
market development expertise.
- Ability to travel
extensively across India.
- Strong presentation and
reporting skills.
