Receives, sorts, and organizes incoming inventory; processes purchase orders; performs inventory counts; identifies products by classification identifiers; investigates and resolves discrepancies; makes inventory adjustments; and maintains a clean, safe warehouse environment.

Manage an assigned customer portfolio while generating new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls. Build relationships, maintain CRM pipelines, follow up consistently, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, analyze performance metrics, collaborate with teammates, and meet quarterly sales targets. The role requires handling 20–30 customer calls daily and managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
