Receives and processes inbound shipments, customer returns, and purchase orders using warehouse systems and handheld devices. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, verifying product accuracy, logging inventory, completing put-away and consolidation, maintaining accurate stock records, and supporting warehouse safety, cleanliness, and organization. The role requires regular lifting up to 50 pounds and offers a full-time Monday-through-Friday schedule.

Manage an assigned customer portfolio while generating new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls. Build relationships, maintain CRM pipelines, follow up consistently, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, analyze performance metrics, collaborate with teammates, and meet quarterly sales targets. The role requires handling 20–30 customer calls daily and managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.

Assemble small components using hand tools, operate specialized software and equipment to service circuit boards, inspect finished goods for quality, pick materials to fulfill work orders, support fulfillment via cross-training, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
