Manage and develop a technical support call center team focused on automotive key programming. Ensure customer satisfaction, oversee daily operations, staffing, performance monitoring, partner interfaces, process improvements, and reporting. Serve as SME for customers, sales, and technology partners.

Assemble small components using hand tools, operate specialized software and equipment to service circuit boards, inspect finished goods for quality, pick materials to fulfill work orders, support fulfillment via cross-training, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
