We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic call center team. This Sales role plays a key role in driving revenue growth through proactive customer engagement, strategic account management, and consistent follow-up with our existing customers and prospective new customers. This position is ideal for a results-driven sales professional who understands the sales process end-to-end — from prospecting and qualifying leads to nurturing relationships and closing deals.

You’ll be responsible for managing an assigned book of business while actively seeking new opportunities to expand market share. 

Knowledge of locksmith tools, hardware, and security products is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Plan and manage daily activities to ensure a consistent flow of outgoing calls, follow-ups, and customer touchpoints.
  • Handle 20–30 customer calls daily, maintaining a balance of inbound calls servicing existing and new prospective customers and outbound sales activity with existing customers.
  • Build strong customer relationships through trust, responsiveness and personalized support.
  • Use CRM tools to track leads, opportunities and follow-up actions
  • Analyze customer trends and performance metrics to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights, align on goals and improve overall sales effectiveness.

Qualifications

Education and Experience Required:

  • College degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
  • 3+ years of proven success in a sales or account management role with measurable results.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM systems.
  • Experience managing multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM/sales reporting tools.

  • Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple customers simultaneously.
  • Metrics-driven mindset with the ability to track and analyze personal performance.
  • Excellent communication skills — verbal, written, and interpersonal.
  • Persistent and consistent in follow-up and customer engagement.
  • Proactive problem-solver who adapts quickly to changing needs.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to exceed expectations.

Shift Time: Monday - Friday from 9:30 am - 6:00 pm
