Senior Counsel, Contracts will independently draft and negotiate commercial agreements, manage the CLM workflow, advise sales and business leaders on legal risk, develop contract templates and playbooks, and support compliance involving GxP and privacy. The role requires strong technology transactions experience, business judgment, and the ability to operate autonomously in a lean legal team. Over time, responsibilities may expand into employment law, data privacy, intellectual property, and AI regulations.
