Lead a team of analysts to develop and apply labeling rubrics and ground-truth conversational data for AI model development. Own throughput, quality, capacity planning, secondary review, and client-facing SME responsibilities. Partner with Data Science, Prompt Engineering, Product, and CS to align methodology, drive continuous improvement, and deliver labeling and insights initiatives on schedule.

The Channel Partner Manager will recruit, enable, and manage advisors and agencies, build relationships, and drive sales through TSDs, focusing on pipeline growth and collaboration with sales teams.

Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calls to enterprise healthcare prospects, qualify leads, set meetings for Account Executives, meet monthly meeting/revenue targets, maintain CRM and forecasts, and collaborate with leadership to communicate product value.
