Own the operational layer of post-sales client relationships, including scheduling, meeting facilitation, documentation, CRM maintenance, QBR logistics, renewal coordination, risk monitoring, task tracking, and technical issue routing. Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact, maintain accurate account records, track health signals and commitments, and coordinate with relationship executives and client success managers to ensure timely communication and operational excellence.

The FP&A Manager owns forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, management reporting, financial modeling, SaaS metrics, pricing analysis, and cost accounting support. The role partners with the CFO, Controller, Revenue, Accounting, and department leaders to explain business performance, identify risks and opportunities, support strategic decisions, and present recommendations to senior leadership. This Indianapolis-based role is hybrid for local employees and requires occasional travel for remote employees.

The VP of HR will lead talent strategy, employee experience, compliance, and HR operations while collaborating with the executive team to enhance organizational growth and culture.
