Customer-facing technical engineer who designs and builds integrations, data flows, and scalable deployments of a conversation-intelligence platform. Works with stakeholders to translate workflows into technical solutions, validates data with SQL, ensures reliability and monitoring, supports go-live and stabilization, and feeds product teams with repeatable implementation patterns to expand platform usage across enterprise healthcare customers.

Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calls to enterprise healthcare prospects, qualify leads, set meetings for Account Executives, meet monthly meeting/revenue targets, maintain CRM and forecasts, and collaborate with leadership to communicate product value.
