Manage operational risk for a member service transformation program within a superannuation fund. Partner with workstreams to assess risks, design and implement controls, coordinate risk acceptances, advise on business requirements and solution design, and translate regulatory requirements into practical outcomes. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, analytical judgment, discretion, and experience working within financial services risk and compliance frameworks.

Manage and complete financial advice implementation cases while leading Advice Implementation Consultants. Oversee investment transactions, account applications, superannuation rollovers and contributions; maintain quality, compliance and operational controls; monitor workflow, service levels, risks and trends; resolve complex matters with advisers, members and internal stakeholders; and drive process improvements, coaching and team capability development.

Leads requirements analysis for Investment Platforms initiatives, translating business needs into technical and system requirements. Facilitates workshops, designs data and process solutions with architects and engineers, supports agile planning, resolves complex issues, and advises stakeholders across technology teams, vendors, and business units. The role is a 12-month contract preferably based in Melbourne.
