Manage corporate retail accounts, particularly big-box customers, while analyzing sales, inventory, forecasts, and performance data. Coordinate with operations, production, transportation, replenishment, and sales teams to support purchase orders, logistics, promotions, product launches, and seasonal inventory planning. Build customer relationships, prepare reports and presentations, resolve execution issues, improve processes, and identify account growth opportunities. This is a fully remote role with approximately 30% field travel to retail stores and customer locations.

Processes vendor invoices, payments, credits, recurring vouchers, and corporate card purchases. Performs AP reconciliations, accruals, prepaid entries, month-end close tasks, 1099 support, and vendor management. Maintains purchase order compliance and pricing in Infor while supporting workflow automation, ACH onboarding, inventory receiving, and freight transaction integrations.
