Coordinate recruiting, interview scheduling, resume review, ATS management, onboarding administration, I-9 compliance support, employee records maintenance, HR operations, and assist on HR projects and process improvements.

Coordinate and manage all customer deliveries and job-site hauling for North Texas, supervise drivers and dispatch staff, optimize routes and vendor relationships, approve hauling invoices, ensure DOT compliance and accurate dispatch records, and support safety and incident reporting.

Field-based role executing and improving environmental, health, safety, and fleet safety programs across assigned yards. Conduct inspections, incident investigations, training, regulatory compliance (FMCSA, TCEQ), recordkeeping, and stakeholder coordination. Regularly travel to job sites to support operations, promote safety culture, and implement corrective actions.
