Supports daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, payment processing, reconciliations, collections support, reporting, and month-end close activities. Maintains accurate ERP transactions and records, assists with customer and vendor inquiries, researches discrepancies, supports audits and internal controls, and contributes to accounting process improvements and automation initiatives.

Manage and grow corporate retail accounts (big box customers) by maintaining relationships, analyzing sales and inventory, coordinating logistics and operations, supporting forecasting and promotions, preparing reports and presentations, and improving processes to ensure on-time execution and in-stock performance.
