Welcomes and assists church guests, manages calls and communications, prepares reception areas, maintains supplies and inventory, and coordinates front desk volunteers. Provides administrative support to staff and HR while handling sensitive information with professionalism, compassion, organization, and discretion. The role requires alignment with the church’s faith statement and active or planned church membership.

Lead and grow a college ministry serving students ages 18–23 through discipleship, evangelism, teaching, volunteer leadership, small groups, events, retreats, campus outreach, budgeting, and strategic ministry planning. The role develops leaders, creates ministry environments, coordinates student programming, and supports transitions into young adult ministry and broader church life.

Lead and grow a men's ministry: recruit and develop volunteer leaders, create environments for spiritual growth and discipleship, build budgets and strategies, teach as needed, oversee secondary ministries, and participate in broader pastoral duties.

The Ministry Assistant will support church operations through communication, event planning, calendar management, and database administration while serving the church body.
