Lead and grow a college ministry serving students ages 18–23 through discipleship, evangelism, teaching, volunteer leadership, small groups, events, retreats, campus outreach, budgeting, and strategic ministry planning. The role develops leaders, creates ministry environments, coordinates student programming, and supports transitions into young adult ministry and broader church life.

Lead and grow a men's ministry: recruit and develop volunteer leaders, create environments for spiritual growth and discipleship, build budgets and strategies, teach as needed, oversee secondary ministries, and participate in broader pastoral duties.

Lead and equip volunteer teams to deliver K–5 elementary programming on Sundays. Recruit, train, and develop volunteers; oversee curriculum; communicate with parents and staff; implement safety policies; collaborate on events, retreats, and outreach; and perform additional tasks assigned by supervisor.

The Ministry Assistant will support church operations through communication, event planning, calendar management, and database administration while serving the church body.
