Teams at Austin Ridge Bible Church

Provide administrative and operational support for assigned ministries: manage calendars, communications, budgets, supplies, web pages and databases; prepare documents and event logistics; maintain confidentiality; assist pastors and volunteers; attend staff meetings and retreats.

Lead and equip volunteer teams to deliver K–5 elementary programming on Sundays. Recruit, train, and develop volunteers; oversee curriculum; communicate with parents and staff; implement safety policies; collaborate on events, retreats, and outreach; and perform additional tasks assigned by supervisor.

The Ministry Assistant will support church operations through communication, event planning, calendar management, and database administration while serving the church body.
