Supports daily deposit operations, including ACH and wire processing, account maintenance, reconciliations, exception resolution, customer notices, online banking support, audits, compliance requests, and transaction disputes. Maintains consumer and commercial deposit accounts, troubleshoots banking systems with Jack Henry and vendors, provides backup teller coverage, assists with operational projects, and supports customer inquiries and routine banking transactions.

Serves as a primary infrastructure engineering resource supporting cloud platforms, Microsoft technologies, identity and privileged access, virtualization, networking, endpoints, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity. Designs, administers, monitors, troubleshoots, automates, and documents enterprise infrastructure across Windows and macOS environments. Provides technical leadership during migrations, implementations, incidents, architecture reviews, and modernization initiatives.
