Lead residential customer operations support across phone, digital, and administration channels. Drive process improvement, service consistency, reporting, analytics, quality assurance, operational projects, workforce optimisation, and data-informed decision-making. Manage and develop high-performing teams, support recruitment, partner with stakeholders and vendors, and provide leadership support to the General Manager of Customer Operations.

Provides commercial legal advice across contracts, procurement, tenders, software licences, intellectual property, corporate governance, property, disputes, and regulatory matters. Drafts and negotiates agreements, maintains legal templates, supports litigation and company secretarial activities, and delivers legal guidance to business stakeholders.
