The role transforms the existing referral and reseller channel into a scalable partner program, develops commercial and go-to-market strategies, recruits strategic partners, optimizes commissions and incentives, and drives pipeline quality, forecasting accuracy, partner engagement, customer outcomes, and revenue growth.
