Plan, execute and optimise B2B paid Search and Social campaigns to generate high-quality leads and support pipeline growth. Manage campaign setup, bidding, audience targeting, budgets, forecasting, A/B tests and conversion experiments. Use SA360, Google Ads, Meta and analytics tools to analyse performance, improve ROI, and communicate insights to marketing and sales stakeholders.

Handle inbound customer enquiries, identify needs, provide product information, meet call-handling and sales targets, perform accurate CMS data entry, maximise revenue through selling procedures, and escalate complaints per policy.
