Manage and grow a portfolio of wholesale telco and carrier customers, build strong client relationships, drive account strategy and commercial outcomes, monitor margin performance, identify account shifts, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver results.

Design, build and optimise personalised automated customer journeys across email, SMS and push. Manage and improve automated campaigns, audience segmentation and the communications calendar. Analyse campaign data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance and continuous improvement using marketing automation platforms (e.g., Iterable).

12-month maternity-cover role owning activation, optimisation and strategy for Search & Social. Plan, set up, traffic, optimise and report on paid campaigns; run experiments and conversion tests; use data to inform targeting, creative and budget allocation; measure end-to-end customer journeys and communicate insights to stakeholders.
