Translate physical models into reliable, scalable software, shape computation infrastructure, write tested code, mentor teammates, collaborate cross-functionally, and own services through production and on-call support.

Manage and grow a high-volume portfolio of mid-market SaaS accounts, driving retention, early renewals, upsells, and expansion. Use Salesforce, AI-assisted workflows, account health signals, and structured outreach to support onboarding, identify risks, and uncover expansion opportunities. Maintain accurate CRM data, improve scalable account-management processes, document playbooks, and collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, RevOps, and GTM Operations to improve customer outcomes.

Own budgeting, forecasting, reporting, financial modeling, and strategic analysis across the company. Partner with cross-functional leaders to drive decisions, operational efficiency, revenue growth, and cost reduction. Manage and evolve the Pigment financial planning platform, automate FP&A processes, track KPIs, and present financial insights to leadership and the Board.

The FP&A Manager owns budgeting, forecasting, monthly and quarterly planning, Board reporting, financial modeling, and performance analysis. The role partners with cross-functional leaders to improve decision-making, operating efficiency, revenue, and cost management. Responsibilities also include administering and evolving Pigment, automating planning processes, tracking KPIs, and communicating financial insights to executives and the Board.

Drive new business growth across European solar and energy markets by managing the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting through close. Build pipeline, conduct consultative discovery, deliver tailored demonstrations with Solutions Engineering, negotiate contracts, forecast revenue in Salesforce, and share customer and market insights to support product and go-to-market strategy.

Build pipeline via outbound/inbound/partner leads, perform discovery, coordinate demos with Solutions Engineering, negotiate and close deals, maintain forecasting in Salesforce, and share market insights to inform product and GTM strategy. Represent Aurora at industry events.

Design and maintain scalable dbt data models and Looker dashboards; partner with Finance, Product, and GTM to translate requirements into analytics solutions; ensure data quality with Data Engineering; perform analyses, forecasting, and QA to deliver trusted reporting and drive analytics initiatives.

Drive full-cycle new business across European markets (Germany, France, UK, and others) for solar installers, EPCs, and energy companies. Prospect, qualify, demo with Solutions Engineering, negotiate and close to hit ARR quota. Maintain Salesforce pipeline, share market insights, and represent Aurora at industry events.
