As a Senior Software Engineer, you will build functionality for a solar design platform, design APIs, and enhance scalable services, while mentoring teammates and contributing to agile processes.

Drive new business growth across multiple European markets by owning the full sales cycle for solar installers, EPCs, and energy companies. Build pipeline via outbound/inbound/partner leads, perform discovery, coordinate demos with Solutions Engineering, negotiate and close deals, maintain forecasting in Salesforce, and share market insights to inform product and GTM strategy. Represent Aurora at industry events.

Build and ship intuitive frontend features for Aurora's Physical Design CAD and 3D canvas. Collaborate with product, design, and backend engineers to design, implement, test, and support production features. Improve frontend architecture, tooling, and reliability, participate in on-call rotation, and mentor peers.

Own and grow a European portfolio of Aurora customers, driving retention, product adoption, renewals, upsells, and cross-sells. Lead strategic account planning, executive business reviews, commercial negotiations, and expansion forecasting. Use customer and product usage data to identify growth opportunities and churn risk. Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Implementation, Product, Support, and Marketing to deliver customer value. The role is hybrid in London and focuses primarily on Germany, the UK, and France.

Lead Aurora's operating cadence and strategic GTM initiatives. Partner cross-functionally to identify bottlenecks, build executive-ready analyses and models, and implement data-driven process, systems, and automation solutions including dashboards and AI-enabled workflows.

Design and maintain scalable dbt data models and Looker dashboards; partner with Finance, Product, and GTM to translate requirements into analytics solutions; ensure data quality with Data Engineering; perform analyses, forecasting, and QA to deliver trusted reporting and drive analytics initiatives.

Drive full-cycle new business across European markets (Germany, France, UK, and others) for solar installers, EPCs, and energy companies. Prospect, qualify, demo with Solutions Engineering, negotiate and close to hit ARR quota. Maintain Salesforce pipeline, share market insights, and represent Aurora at industry events.
