Translate physical models into reliable, scalable software, shape computation infrastructure, write tested code, mentor teammates, collaborate cross-functionally, and own services through production and on-call support.

Manage and grow a high-volume portfolio of mid-market SaaS accounts, driving retention, early renewals, upsells, and expansion. Use Salesforce, AI-assisted workflows, account health signals, and structured outreach to support onboarding, identify risks, and uncover expansion opportunities. Maintain accurate CRM data, improve scalable account-management processes, document playbooks, and collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, RevOps, and GTM Operations to improve customer outcomes.
