Manage end-to-end payroll administration across APAC, ensure local compliance, liaise with vendors and internal teams, audit and report payroll data, support market-entry payroll projects, prepare payroll journals and tax/benefits filings, and drive payroll process improvements.

Serve as the Oxford office's front desk hub: greet visitors, manage calls, monitor access, handle mail and meeting bookings, support office administration, maintain security and tidy reception areas, and collaborate with Business Infrastructure & Operations.

Coordinate onboarding, workshops, and delivery for subscription products; act as central liaison between clients and internal teams; track milestones, maintain CRM records, support demos and reporting, and help drive product adoption.
