Engineering Fellowships own end-to-end special projects across engineering, product, and company operations. Fellows identify problems, design solutions, build working software, gather feedback, drive adoption, and progressively take on more complex work with increasing independence. Fellows must be available for 3–6 months, work in person in Berlin or relocate, and demonstrate software-building ability through projects, open-source work, or prior experience.

Manages counterparty and credit risk for banking-as-a-service relationships, partnerships, and future credit products. Responsibilities include client inventory reconciliation, onboarding, initial and ongoing due diligence, fourth-party reviews, cross-functional SME coordination, and development of credit, concentration, liquidity, and other financial risk metrics.
