Own end-to-end projects, make system-level design decisions, collaborate with product and clients, ship reliable, low-latency backend services, and mentor junior engineers.

Own and run a core operational domain end-to-end: define SOPs, KPIs, tooling, and automations/agents. Start by executing manual workflows, ship production automation, collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Compliance, and scale systems to reduce headcount while managing high-risk decisions.

Run a core operational domain day-to-day: handle cases, reviews and escalations; document failure modes; convert manual workflows into automated rules and flows; ship improvements with Product and Engineering; reduce and eliminate recurring manual work while handling edge cases and scaling scope.

Own the Banking Experience product: accounts (DDAs, FBOs, virtual accounts), API, dashboard, IAM, and end-to-end customer experience. Work with design, engineering, and customers to build effortless account setup, developer-friendly APIs, and a fast, polished dashboard in a regulated fintech environment. Operate autonomously on roadmap, ship quickly, and iterate with early adopters.
