Own and build the end-to-end customer due diligence program for the US market: design risk profiles and verification standards, perform complex entity reviews and EDD, partner with Operations to automate verification workflows, make decisive go/no-go determinations, and optimize risk scoring to reduce onboarding time while maintaining rigor.

Design, build, and ship production banking systems handling high-value financial flows at scale. Work on APIs, transaction processing, blockchain integrations, and core banking infrastructure with increasing ownership and autonomy.

Own day-to-day finance operations including AP, payroll administration, corporate cards, expense policy, daily cash management, and monthly close. Partner with Product and Engineering to automate workflows, support GL implementation, prepare audit/tax workpapers, build cash and P&L forecasts, and contribute to the annual budget. Report directly to the CFO and scale finance processes for a fast-growing bank.

Build and scale the infrastructure platform: AWS and Kubernetes operations, Terraform-based IaC, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and incident response. Own large projects end-to-end, improve developer experience, automate workflows, and ensure banking-grade reliability and compliance.

Work directly with the CEO and senior leadership to run high-impact strategic projects end-to-end: conduct market and product analyses, build board-ready business cases, coordinate cross-functional execution, and create systems to scale operations. Positioning to own a P&L or product line as the company grows.

Lead design and build of the banks BSA/AML engine: translate compliance specs into decisioning rules, automate alerts/investigations, implement transaction monitoring, sanctions and SAR pipelines, ship production tooling, SOPs and audit trails, and partner with Product, Engineering and Compliance to minimize headcount scaling with volume.

First US People hire responsible for end-to-end recruiting, building pipelines, closing hires, and onboarding. Over time, expand into employee relations, business partnering, and people operations to shape culture and systems at a fast-growing regulated fintech.

Own Payments & Accounts product for a programmable bank: design and ship the global payment stack (US rails, SWIFT, SEPA, FPS), programmable accounts (DDAs, FBOs, virtual accounts), and APIs. Work with engineering, design, and customers to define roadmap, unblock delivery, scale deposits and payments, and build platform features that differentiate Augustus in regulated, stablecoin-native clearing.

Senior IC responsible for designing and implementing core banking systems that integrate digital assets, stablecoins and blockchain. Own end-to-end projects, make system-level design decisions, collaborate with product and clients, ship reliable, low-latency backend services, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead Augustus' post-sales operational backbone: design SOPs, KPIs, escalation paths, tooling and automations for onboarding, enablement, and support. Partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Account Management to automate flows, reduce manual work, and scale operations.
