Own and run full sales cycle for complex partnerships with global financial institutions and cross-border businesses. Qualify accounts, engage product/compliance/engineering stakeholders, structure and close bespoke deals, and coordinate internal legal, risk and product teams. Build pipeline, travel frequently, and deliver partnerships that move money.

Build and scale the infrastructure platform: AWS and Kubernetes operations, Terraform-based IaC, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and incident response. Own large projects end-to-end, improve developer experience, automate workflows, and ensure banking-grade reliability and compliance.

Run a core operational domain day-to-day: handle cases, reviews and escalations; document failure modes; convert manual workflows into automated rules and flows; ship improvements with Product and Engineering; reduce and eliminate recurring manual work while handling edge cases and scaling scope.
