Engineering Fellowships own end-to-end special projects across engineering, product, and company operations. Fellows identify problems, design solutions, build working software, gather feedback, drive adoption, and progressively take on more complex work with increasing independence. The role values curiosity, ownership, rapid learning, communication, and follow-through. Fellows must be available for 3–6 months, work in person in Berlin or relocate, and demonstrate software-building ability through projects, open-source work, or prior experience.

Manages counterparty and credit risk for banking-as-a-service relationships, partnerships, and future credit products. Responsibilities include client inventory reconciliation, onboarding, initial and ongoing due diligence, fourth-party reviews, cross-functional SME coordination, and development of credit, concentration, liquidity, and other financial risk metrics. The role owns risk monitoring, reporting, counterparty reviews, and risk assessments for new products and services in a fast-paced fintech banking environment.

Own the Banking Experience product: accounts (DDAs, FBOs, virtual accounts), API, dashboard, IAM, and end-to-end customer experience. Work with design, engineering, and customers to build effortless account setup, developer-friendly APIs, and a fast, polished dashboard in a regulated fintech environment. Operate autonomously on roadmap, ship quickly, and iterate with early adopters.
