Review and clear financial crime transaction-monitoring alerts, escalate cases, conduct investigations, and eventually prepare SAR filings. Analyze trends and false positives, recommend monitoring rule adjustments, draft investigation guidance, maintain metrics and reports, and support BSA/AML risk and compliance workstreams. The analyst will help build and improve the bank’s financial crimes compliance engine through analytical and automated processes.

Build and scale the infrastructure platform: AWS and Kubernetes operations, Terraform-based IaC, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and incident response. Own large projects end-to-end, improve developer experience, automate workflows, and ensure banking-grade reliability and compliance.

Work as an early backend software engineer on core banking systems for a stablecoin-native clearing bank. Own end-to-end projects, design reliable systems integrating bare-metal and blockchain infrastructure, collaborate with product and clients, and drive technical decisions in a small, high-ownership team.
