Join a core team (CEO Office, Operations, Product, Growth, or Talent) to own day-to-day responsibilities and one or two larger projects. Interns run real work from day one, deliver operational automation, product launches, CRM improvements, and sales support while collaborating with senior leaders in an in-person Berlin role for 3–6 months.

Founding Account Manager to build the account management function, lead customer onboarding and integrations, drive customer success and upsells, define KPIs and processes, and surface product feedback to shape the roadmap. Works cross-functionally with product, operations, and compliance and manages high-touch relationships with founding customers and senior stakeholders.

Own the Banking Experience product: accounts (DDAs, FBOs, virtual accounts), API, dashboard, IAM, and end-to-end customer experience. Work with design, engineering, and customers to build effortless account setup, developer-friendly APIs, and a fast, polished dashboard in a regulated fintech environment. Operate autonomously on roadmap, ship quickly, and iterate with early adopters.
