Work as an early backend software engineer on core banking systems for a stablecoin-native clearing bank. Own end-to-end projects, design reliable systems integrating bare-metal and blockchain infrastructure, collaborate with product and clients, and drive technical decisions in a small, high-ownership team.

Work directly with founders and leadership on high-impact strategic projects: own analyses, drive projects end-to-end, coordinate cross-functionally, build business cases and market entry work, and position to own a P&L or product line as the company scales.

Build and scale the infrastructure platform: AWS and Kubernetes operations, Terraform-based IaC, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and incident response. Own large projects end-to-end, improve developer experience, automate workflows, and ensure banking-grade reliability and compliance.
