Support the Communications Manager on press operations, editorial work, internal and external communications, social media monitoring, research, and event support for the Masters Tournament and related Foundation events. Assist Marketing and Club Historian, attend meetings, track action items, and complete assigned projects.

Lead strategy, roadmaps, and prioritization for internally developed software platforms. Define requirements, manage releases, partner with engineering and stakeholders, drive discovery, support rollouts, and balance operational needs with modernization and scalability.

Support the GIS Manager to design, develop, and maintain GIS datasets, web maps, and applications. Perform spatial analysis, drone flights and imagery processing, GPS surveying, CAD support, map/document archiving, database maintenance, and workflow review. Communicate with stakeholders and assist with the annual GIS work program and project needs.

The Lead, Ticketing and Development assists in managing ticketing operations and credential procedures, optimizing systems, and training staff for events.

Provides executive-level administrative support to the Chief Commercial and Content Officer and Business Affairs team: calendar and travel management, meeting preparation and follow-up, contract and trademark record support, event credentialing for Masters operations, office administration, invoice and expense processing, and cross-department coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Serve as a strategic HR advisor to leaders, lead workforce planning, manage performance and promotions, investigate employee relations, drive talent development, oversee offboarding, analyze HR metrics, and support cross-functional projects while managing an HR coordinator.

Lead procurement strategy and operations for the Club and Tournament, manage procurement team, develop supplier relationships and governance, oversee budgeting, spend analysis, and continuous improvement to ensure cost control, compliance, and service readiness for major events.

Support golf course management by performing daily inspections, fertilizer/pesticide applications, irrigation and equipment maintenance, staff training, course scouting, soil lab and research tasks, GPS recordkeeping, and on-call response for weather or equipment emergencies.

Lead implementation of the Community Impact strategic plan, manage grants and employee volunteer programs, build external partnerships, oversee events (including Masters-related initiatives), supervise an intern, manage budgets/vendors, and produce reports and communications to support ANGC's community investments.
