Leads ticketing and credentialing operations for tournaments, including system and process development, database administration, ticket fulfillment, credential inventory, reporting, staff training, customer inquiries, and event support. Coordinates workforce activities, gate access, credential distribution, replacements, and security procedures while collaborating with IT, analytics, and other departments. Requires weekend, holiday, overtime, and possible event travel availability.

Directs rules and competition administration for Augusta National’s major professional and amateur tournaments. Serves as the internal Rules of Golf expert, leads tournament preparation, supports Rules Committee operations, manages officials and player communications, develops rules education programs, represents the Club at elite championships, and supports budgeting and tournament execution.

Serve as a strategic HR advisor to leaders, lead workforce planning, manage performance and promotions, investigate employee relations, drive talent development, oversee offboarding, analyze HR metrics, and support cross-functional projects while managing an HR coordinator.
