Design and build multidisciplinary BIM models, create and review designs in at least one discipline, support architectural/structural/MEP project delivery, improve design checks and generation logic, execute modeling tasks using internal tools, deliver high-quality project work, and engage with clients as needed.

Develop and improve computer vision workflows to convert point clouds, 2D images, and scans into structured 3D outputs. Clean and validate spatial datasets, prototype models and pipelines for 3D reconstruction and geometry processing, evaluate output quality, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to productionize solutions.

Bridge design and BIM execution across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. Responsible for managing the full enterprise sales cycle, building relationships with stakeholders, and collaborating with teams to close large deals in the construction tech space.

The Founding AI Engineer will develop an end-to-end scan-to-BIM pipeline, focusing on 3D scene understanding and BIM generation from spatial data.

Manage the full enterprise sales cycle, conduct product demos, build relationships with executives, and ensure account growth in the construction tech industry.

Lead quality control for annotated construction data (CAD/BIM/MEP). Review and validate annotator outputs, perform AutoCAD annotation, collaborate with CV/ML engineers to improve model-data alignment, manage and mentor annotators, and drive process/tooling improvements with engineering leads.
