Lead consolidated financial reporting and month-end close across a multi-entity organization. Manage external audits, develop and implement accounting policies and internal controls (US GAAP/SOX), partner with FP&A and tax, perform variance analysis, administer treasury and banking, support budgeting/forecasting, and drive process improvements using emerging technologies including AI.

Lead BA practice improvements and AI-enabled workflows, elicit and document requirements, translate intent into user stories and acceptance criteria, validate solutions and support UAT, model processes and operating models, mentor analysts, and drive cross-functional delivery and accountability.

Develop, test, and implement .NET/C# applications and RESTful APIs across .NET Framework and .NET Core. Work full-stack with MVC, Entity Framework, and relational databases, leverage AI coding assistants and agentic AI to accelerate development and automate workflows, participate in code reviews, CI/CD and on-call rotation, and resolve production issues.

Design, build, and maintain enterprise BI solutions (dashboards, reports, data models) using Power BI and Domo. Write and optimize complex SQL for SQL Server and Snowflake, develop ETL/ELT pipelines, validate data quality, document lineage and logic, and leverage AI-powered analytics and agentic assistants to automate and accelerate reporting and insights delivery.

Manage end-to-end state and local tax compliance (sales & use), support income and franchise tax activities, coordinate with outside advisors, maintain registered agent and annual report obligations, reconcile tax accounts, respond to notices and audits, and document tax processes and R&D tax credit tracking.
