Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for Augeo’s Incentives product domain. Partner with AI, data science, engineering, and business teams to build ML-driven incentive decisioning, experimentation, personalization, catalog configuration, and automation capabilities. Translate incentive economics and stakeholder needs into prioritized requirements, measure engagement and ROI, ensure privacy and governance compliance, and lead cross-functional planning and delivery.

Leads enterprise technology projects and portfolios from scoping through delivery and closure. Manages client implementations, platform modernization, data migration, compliance initiatives, dependencies, resources, scope, risks, budgets, and executive communications. Partners across engineering, QA, data, DevOps, clients, and external vendors. Uses and evaluates AI tools for reporting, forecasting, documentation, scheduling, and financial modeling while improving PMO standards and delivery processes.

Provides operational and client program support for account managers, including issue investigation, system and report verification, documentation, participant support, client communication, and process improvement. Troubleshoots operational challenges, identifies root causes, coordinates cross-functional resolutions, manages competing priorities, and improves efficiency through standardization, automation, and technology.
