Manage key enterprise client relationships and oversee engagement and loyalty programs. Act as a trusted advisor, coordinate solution implementation, monitor performance metrics, gather feedback, develop strategic plans, and present program reports. Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to improve client satisfaction, retention, and program outcomes.

Manage accounts receivable processes including compiling billing, creating sales orders and invoices, posting cash receipts, client collections, account and deposit reconciliations, responding to billing inquiries, generating reports, and assisting with month-end close and general ledger reconciliations.
