Lead a mapping team to produce and validate preliminary, construction, and as-built pipeline drawings and packages. Create alignment sheets, property plats, permit and HDD plans, typical details, and mechanical drawings using CAD tools. Coordinate with clients/contractors, integrate survey/deed data, perform field visits to resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate, compliant deliverables.

Provides administrative support to the project team: prepares and formats documents, transcribes, maintains project files and SharePoint site, supports document control and CADD/reprographics processes, covers reception as needed, and follows HSE policies.

Lead and deliver large, complex engineering projects: plan, coordinate, manage budgets/schedules, approve deliverables/invoices, resource-plan, and act as primary client contact while directing other project managers/engineers.

Perform entry-level mechanical engineering tasks: gather vendor data, prepare basic specifications, sketches, and calculations; review vendor drawings; communicate with clients and vendors; track schedule and budget; follow quality, HSSE, and approval procedures.

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations: order supplies, maintain and update documents, coordinate meetings/events, handle invoicing and vendor liaison, prepare workspaces, support managers and project teams, and assist visiting clients while following HSE policies.

Lead business management for a geographic market segment: oversee project directors/managers, drive profitable growth, own P&L and forecasting, support business development and sales, enforce policies, ensure safety, and guide financial and operational performance.

Manage project cost control activities including budget tracking, variance analysis, forecasting, cost coding and reporting. Coordinate with estimating, scheduling, procurement, and accounting; review contractor invoices; support change management, audits, and prepare management cost reports to identify and mitigate cost/schedule variances.

Design and draft instrumentation and electrical systems using 2D/3D CAD. Perform cable/conduit sizing and load calculations, create and revise drawings, support field surveys and as-built documentation, assist with O&M manuals, and track project schedule and budgets while following HSE requirements.

Lead FP&A activities including monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and management reporting. Provide strategic financial insights, evaluate investments/M&A, improve financial processes, and develop an asset-tracking system for property tax reporting. Partner with cross-functional teams and support corporate initiatives.

Responsible for advanced troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure across multiple US and international sites and Azure. Duties include monitoring network performance, firmware and patch management, LAN/WAN/SD-WAN design and optimization, firewall and segmentation management, documentation, vendor collaboration, disaster recovery support, mentoring Level 1 staff, on-call rotation, and up to 15% travel.

Provide technical leadership for design, optimization, and execution of natural gas processing and midstream facilities. Develop and validate process simulations, PFDs/P&IDs, heat and material balances, and equipment sizing. Support projects from concept through commissioning, provide client-facing business development and proposal support, mentor junior engineers, evaluate emerging technologies, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Lead mechanical engineering design work including specifications, calculations, vendor drawing reviews, site and vendor inspections, project management, code compliance (ASME/API), and providing technical oversight and PE sealing as assigned.

Lead site QC activities on industrial construction/EPC projects: enforce Quality Management System and Project Quality Plans; supervise inspections and testing (NDT, hydrotests, coatings, electrical); manage NCRs, material traceability, calibration records, and turnover/Mechanical Completion packages; interface with subcontractors, field supervision, and clients; support audits and promote proactive quality culture.

Provide administrative support to managers and senior leadership, manage calendars, travel, communications, office supplies, records, and expense data entry; assist clerical staff and perform other office duties to maintain efficiency and compliance.

Develop and maintain CPM-based project schedules (Primavera P6, MS Project) for engineering, procurement, and construction programs. Identify relationships, milestones, constraints and resource/cost loading; validate third-party schedules; analyze schedule impacts and variances; produce reports and support project controls including cost monitoring and document control.

Design and review electrical equipment and systems: prepare specifications, sketches, calculations, vendor drawing reviews, site and vendor visits, procurements, project management, and ensure HSSE compliance.

Lead piping material engineering across engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction phases. Develop and review piping/material/valve specifications, evaluate vendor submittals, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, support procurement and bid evaluations, manage changes and impacts to cost/schedule, and ensure compliance with industry codes and project requirements. On-site five days per week.

Perform basic mechanical engineering tasks under direct supervision: gather vendor data, prepare specifications and sketches, perform basic calculations, review vendor drawings, track schedule/budget, and follow HSSE and quality procedures.

Lead mechanical engineering design for equipment, piping, and systems: prepare specifications, sketches, calculations and analysis models; review vendor drawings; manage projects, budgets, and schedules; perform site and vendor inspections; ensure HSSE compliance; mentor staff and provide technical guidance.

Lead electrical engineering design for medium-to-large projects: prepare specifications, calculations, vendor drawing reviews, site/vendor inspections, manage budgets/schedules, mentor staff, and serve as Engineer in Responsible Charge (PE). Ensure code compliance, HSSE adherence, and client interaction to develop repeat business.
