Lead and review technical safety deliverables, supervise task delegation, run and coordinate HAZOP/HAZID/SIL and other safety studies, manage third-party risk studies (QRA/FERA/EERA), perform fire protection design and hydraulic modelling (PIPENET), prepare passive fire protection and detection/layout drawings, and support project estimations and audits.

Lead specification, design, programming, integration, commissioning, and startup of PLC/DCS/HMI/SCADA control systems for industrial facilities. Manage project teams, budgets, proposals, vendor reviews, site walk-downs, I/O and loop checks, and troubleshooting. Ensure HSE compliance and customer communication; travel ~25%.
