Lead process engineering projects to optimize and maintain safe, efficient nitrogen fertilizer operations. Provide troubleshooting, design, PFD/P&ID reviews, MOC support, safety studies (PHA/HAZOP/LOPA), capital project development, turnaround support, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring EHS compliance.

Design and draft instrumentation and electrical systems using 2D/3D CAD. Lead electrical engineering design for medium-to-large projects: prepare specifications, calculations, vendor drawing reviews, site/vendor inspections, manage budgets/schedules, mentor staff, and serve as Engineer in Responsible Charge (PE). Ensure code compliance, HSSE adherence, and client interaction to develop repeat business.

Manage permitting for right-of-way and environmental projects: prepare and submit permit applications, coordinate with agencies and stakeholders, track approvals, conduct environmental assessments (NEPA, Section 404, DEQ), ensure regulatory compliance, support public participation, and provide technical guidance and status reporting.

Senior instrumentation designer responsible for preparing detailed instrument design packages, drawings, BOMs and specifications; performing sizing and electrical load calculations; developing control circuits; producing as-built drawings and O&M documentation; supporting field surveys; using 2D/3D CAD tools; ensuring code/spec compliance, cost optimization, and project schedule/budget adherence while coordinating with clients, vendors, and project teams.

Support Project Managers with project setup, reporting, and administrative tasks. Coordinate with Shared Services (Billing, Project Controls, Accounting, Procurement, HR). Monitor budgets, labor utilization, invoicing, AR, and forecasts. Track deliverables, milestones, and action items. Facilitate project initiation and closeout, assist invoice review, and ensure project data accuracy.

Provide first-line support and administration for the Acumatica ERP: troubleshoot issues, maintain system configuration and data, assist with reporting and data extraction, coordinate requests, document processes, and support ERP projects and user testing.

Design, implement, and optimize electrical systems and power distribution for pipelines, compressor stations, and storage. Lead small teams, integrate automation and energy storage, ensure safety (arc flash mitigation), perform system analysis and procurement support, and participate in project lifecycle from concept through commissioning while ensuring regulatory compliance and stakeholder communication.
