Teams at Audubon Engineering

Develops and maintains Primavera P6 project schedules for engineering, procurement, construction, industrial, and energy projects. Identifies logic, milestones, constraints, resources, costs, and labor requirements; coordinates schedule updates across project teams; analyzes variances, changes, risks, and delays; prepares schedule reports and milestone plans; and supports client, management, auditor, and subcontractor reviews.

Manages project controls functions including planning, scheduling, cost estimating, cost management, progress analysis, performance reporting, and variance mitigation. Develops project execution strategies, staffing plans, coding structures, and control procedures. Advises project management on profitability, risks, contract compliance, and commercial alignment. Supervises project controls staff and handles personnel decisions, reporting, management reviews, and HSE compliance.

Provides administrative and coordination support to the Business Development team by managing travel, meetings, expenses, presentations, CRM and opportunity tracking, reports, correspondence, documentation, and follow-up activities. The role coordinates with internal teams, vendors, clients, and proposals personnel while maintaining confidential information and supporting process improvements and HSE compliance.
