Develop accurate, coordinated plans, layouts, models, details, and design drawings for industrial, transmission, processing, and energy facility projects. Develops plans, layouts, models, details, and construction documents; coordinates designers, drafters, engineers, project managers, clients, vendors, and field personnel; reviews deliverables; resolves design conflicts; monitors schedules; supports site verification and as-built documentation; and ensures compliance with project, industry, safety, and HSE standards.

Leads engineering for large, complex, multidisciplinary projects, making technical, cost, schedule, risk, and performance decisions. Establishes engineering plans and governance, coordinates clients, vendors, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations, and oversees design reviews, deliverable approvals, quality, compliance, and corrective actions. Communicates project status and risks to clients and senior leadership, supports proposals and business development, and mentors project engineering personnel while promoting safety and continuous improvement.
