Senior instrumentation designer responsible for preparing detailed instrument design packages, drawings, BOMs and specifications; performing sizing and electrical load calculations; developing control circuits; producing as-built drawings and O&M documentation; supporting field surveys; using 2D/3D CAD tools; ensuring code/spec compliance, cost optimization, and project schedule/budget adherence while coordinating with clients, vendors, and project teams.

Manage permitting for right-of-way and environmental projects: prepare and submit permit applications, coordinate with agencies and stakeholders, track approvals, conduct environmental assessments (NEPA, Section 404, DEQ), ensure regulatory compliance, support public participation, and provide technical guidance and status reporting.

Perform basic mechanical engineering tasks including gathering vendor data, preparing specifications and sketches, performing basic calculations, reviewing vendor drawings for compliance, coordinating with clients and vendors, tracking schedule and budget, and following company HSSE and quality procedures.
