Perform complete maintenance and repair of Audemars Piguet watches (R020 to R050), diagnose and service movements, perform escapement tuning and dynamic poising, follow brand guidelines, maintain tools/equipment, contribute to workshop improvement projects, and meet quality and lead-time targets.

Support HR operations and benefits administration by maintaining HR data integrity, auditing benefits and payroll accruals, preparing financial and HR reports, administering leaves and benefit enrollments, coordinating with payroll/finance/vendors, and ensuring compliance and documentation for audits.
