Manage and grow a portfolio of high-potential and VIP clients, achieve individual sales targets, support boutique performance, coordinate CRM and events, mentor client consultants, and contribute to merchandising, stock management and operational excellence while representing the brand to strengthen market presence.

Process bi-weekly payroll for hourly, salaried, and temporary employees, perform payroll audits and reconciliations, manage tax and garnishment compliance, administer variable compensation, maintain payroll records, and serve as primary payroll contact while partnering with HR, Finance, and vendors to improve processes and controls.

Support daily workshop operations by preparing work areas, transporting materials, receiving and distributing deliveries, handling inventory counts and restocking, completing administrative tasks, and supporting continuous improvement, safety, and quality initiatives to ensure efficient repair turnaround and productivity.
