Implement, configure, and support NetSuite ERP for financial modules; manage integrations and connector mappings; perform system assessments and gap analysis; build workflows, SuiteAnalytics reports, and saved searches; train end users; collaborate with IT, finance, and operations to ensure seamless third-party integrations.

Own and execute NetSuite release management: deploy SDF projects and SuiteApps across sandbox/release-preview/production, manage deployment queue and versioning, run SuiteCloud CLI and GitHub Actions, diagnose failures from logs, coordinate incident response with engineers, maintain runbooks, automate hand-offs, and support customer accounts.

Provide sales and project administrative support: review quotes and briefs, create RFQs for international vendors, vet responses, build landed-cost pricing models and quote decks, manage projects in Jira and Google Workspace, and support product development until order delivery. Part-time remote role transitioning to full-time.
