Provide pre-sales estimating, proposal and drafting support for material handling systems: prepare estimates, layouts, submittals, and order processing; maintain CRM and coordinate vendors, sales, engineering, and operations to ensure accurate proposals and project turnover.

Manage assigned national accounts by building executive relationships, leading account plans, and driving service, maintenance, and modernization sales. Negotiate long-term agreements, support renewals, coordinate internal execution, maintain CRM and forecasts, and ensure high customer satisfaction while traveling frequently to customer sites.
