About the Role
We're seeking a relationship-driven National Accounts Manager to build strategic partnerships with healthcare systems, industrial clients, and other key customers. This role owns designated national accounts, drives service and modernization growth, negotiates long-term agreements, and ensures a high level of customer satisfaction across the account lifecycle.

What You'll Own
National Account Management
- Build and manage long-term relationships with assigned national accounts
- Serve as the main point of contact, understanding each customer's business needs
- Lead account plans and conduct regular account reviews
- Maintain executive-level partnerships across customer organizations
Service Sales & Business Development
- Identify, develop, and close service, maintenance, upgrade, repair, and modernization opportunities
- Present tailored solutions to meet customer needs
- Support contract renewals and represent Atreo at customer and industry events
Customer Relationship & Satisfaction Management
- Build trust across customer organizations and anticipate their needs
- Resolve issues in coordination with internal teams
- Monitor satisfaction and ensure timely, professional communication
Strategic Growth & Account Planning
- Develop annual account growth plans and identify expansion opportunities
- Collaborate on strategic initiatives and monitor market/customer changes
- Support forecasting and revenue planning
Internal Coordination & Customer Advocacy
- Act as the communication link between customers and internal teams
- Coordinate execution across departments and support project handoff
- Help ensure customer commitments are delivered on time
Reporting, CRM & Performance Management
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, account plans, and pipeline reporting
- Track renewals, opportunities, account performance, and strategic activity
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Experience in strategic account management, national accounts, business development, or consultative sales
- Strong executive relationship-building, negotiation, and customer solution skills
- Strong business insight, growth planning, organization, and forecasting ability
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivated, strategic, organized, customer-focused, and results-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in account management, business development, service sales, or strategic customer management
- Industry experience in healthcare or industrial services
- CRM experience

- Base Salary: $70-$80k plus commission

Working Environment: Hybrid office and field-based role with significant customer interaction and approximately 40–60% travel, including nationwide and air travel as needed.
Physical Requirements: Ability to travel independently, visit customer and project sites, and sit, stand, walk, and use standard office equipment for extended periods.
