Support the contractor engagement roadshow by assisting with event outreach and coordination. Make outbound calls to contractors to promote events, confirm attendance, and strengthen customer engagement. Represent the company professionally. In-office three days/week, six hours/day from July to September.

Sell Atlas roofing products to contractors, dealers, distributors and builders in Oklahoma. Build and maintain relationships, promote products and promotions, gather competitive market intelligence, handle quotes and complaints, provide samples/literature, attend distributor/dealer/builder shows, collaborate with regional managers and account executives, and report customer performance.

Create and maintain production schedules across multiple sites, coordinate priorities with operations, purchasing, and shipping, monitor capacity and inventory, adjust for shortages or equipment issues, perform cycle counts, analyze trends to improve forecasting, support continuous improvement, and travel periodically to other sites.

Perform production tasks on assigned shift including inspecting, packaging, bundling, operating side-wrappers and pallet jacks, recycling EPS with pre-breakers, and maintaining cleanliness and safety. Record in-process data, follow quality specifications, complete required training and signoffs within two months, and meet physical demands including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Perform hands-on manufacturing tasks including inspecting and packaging parts to specifications, operating side-wrappers, pallet jacks, pre-breakers and re-grinding equipment, bundling and labeling materials, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and recording in-process information.

Design, develop, integrate, deploy, and maintain AI solutions across sales, manufacturing, finance, logistics, and IT. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, document systems, provide user training and support, research emerging AI technologies, and troubleshoot production deployments.

Ensure OSHA, EPA, and DOT compliance, manage injury/illness prevention and workers' compensation coordination, and support industrial hygiene and emergency response liaison activities.

Manage customer orders, sample requests, and all customer communications. Monitor email/phones for purchase orders, confirm product/pricing/delivery dates, handle inquiries and complaints, enter orders and new items into PeopleSoft ERP, and maintain order logs for the plant.

Lead first-shift production team to meet safety, quality, and production targets. Onboard and train team members, enforce PPE and safety protocols, track KPIs, standardize team member work, drive continuous improvement, troubleshoot production issues, and escalate systemic problems to supervisors.

Perform production-line tasks including inspecting, packaging, bundling, wrapping, stacking, labeling, and operating equipment (side-wrappers, pallet jacks, pre-breakers/re-grinders). Maintain quality records, follow safety and quality systems, keep work area clean, lift up to 50 lbs, and complete required procedure sign-offs within two months.

Manage and grow a New Jersey sales territory by building relationships with contractors, dealers, distributors and builders. Promote Atlas products, gather competitive market intelligence, support distributors, follow up on quotes, resolve customer complaints, provide product literature and samples, and report performance to regional management.

Supervise electrical and controls activities for a manufacturing plant: manage PLC/HMI/SCADA systems, lead projects with suppliers/contractors, train staff, maintain electrical documentation, troubleshoot networks and drives, schedule testing, and improve production equipment and control logic.

Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, dealers, distributors and builders to drive Atlas product sales in the Syracuse territory. Monitor market pricing and competition, provide product literature and samples, promote new products and promotions, participate in distributor/dealer shows and joint sales calls, follow up on quotes, resolve customer complaints, and communicate market developments to regional and field teams.

Govern and maintain manufacturing master data (Items, BOMs, Routings) in PeopleSoft to ensure accurate planning and production. Audit and standardize ERP data, support APS implementation and analyze outputs, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, propose process improvements and automation, and support CRM quoting and BOM/route processes across multiple plants.

Install, remove, and maintain tools in designated presses; replace seals, fill guns, inserts and logo plates; assist press start-up and troubleshoot tooling; operate forklift; follow safety (lockout/tagout) and quality procedures; train coworkers; maintain a clean work area and perform physical tasks up to 100 lbs.

Perform tool changes and assist with tooling issues on production presses. Remove/install tools and accessories, perform repairs, assist startups, follow safety and quality procedures, operate forklift, maintain organized work area, and train or support other employees.
