Sell Atlas roofing products to contractors, dealers, distributors and builders in Oklahoma. Build and maintain relationships, promote products and promotions, gather competitive market intelligence, handle quotes and complaints, provide samples/literature, attend distributor/dealer/builder shows, collaborate with regional managers and account executives, and report customer performance.

Support the contractor engagement roadshow by assisting with event outreach and coordination. Make outbound calls to contractors to promote events, confirm attendance, and strengthen customer engagement. Represent the company professionally. In-office three days/week, six hours/day from July to September.

Supervise ~20 hourly production employees to meet quality, safety, and schedule targets; manage workflow, training, quality control, downtime investigations, reporting, inventory tasks, and coordination with maintenance, HR, and related departments. Ensure housekeeping, safe practices, and continuous improvement; work rotating shifts and occasional weekends.
