Requires extensive power-generation experience, Professional Engineer licensure, code expertise, and regular travel to project sites.

Lead dredge personnel, develop CMMS processes, monitor uptime and production metrics, reduce downtime, and drive continuous improvement across operations and supporting infrastructure.

Leads health, safety, environmental, regulatory compliance, contractor management, and operational risk programs for mobile and behind-the-meter power generation. Oversees HSE across facilities, construction, commissioning, startup, maintenance, and turnover; advises executives; manages audits, investigations, corrective actions, performance metrics, and SIF prevention. Manage transportation, storage, and distribution of sand across a multi-origin, multi-destination network. Optimize routes, track inventory and shipments, maintain carrier and 3PL relationships, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, document logistics activities, analyze data for process improvements, troubleshoot logistics/equipment issues, and collaborate with internal and external partners. Support prioritization and escalation as needed.

Serve as the liaison between business units and AI developers: lead discovery, translate needs into requirements, prioritize use cases, partner on solution design, drive adoption and change management, measure ROI, and ensure responsible AI governance and compliance.
