Leads instrumentation and electrical maintenance operations, including team supervision, work scheduling, preventive and predictive maintenance, critical repairs, reliability planning, and downtime reduction. Partners with Engineering, Operations, and Safety on projects, expansions, commissioning, and compliance. Maintains documentation, enforces safety programs, and ensures adherence to electrical regulations, lockout/tagout, and permit-to-work practices in a field-based industrial environment.

Own day-to-day operations for two high-throughput dredges in the Permian Basin, including production, staffing, safety, equipment reliability, maintenance coordination, mine-plan execution, budgeting, regulatory compliance, vendor management, and technical project oversight. Lead dredge personnel, develop CMMS processes, monitor uptime and production metrics, reduce downtime, and drive continuous improvement across operations and supporting infrastructure.

Leads health, safety, environmental, regulatory compliance, contractor management, and operational risk programs for mobile and behind-the-meter power generation. Oversees HSE across facilities, construction, commissioning, startup, maintenance, and turnover; advises executives; manages audits, investigations, corrective actions, performance metrics, and SIF prevention. Develops HSE personnel and contractor performance while partnering with engineering, operations, construction, and project teams. Travel is approximately 50%.

Lead a team to design, implement, and maintain OT and IT production infrastructure across Permian Basin sites. Responsibilities include control system virtualization, Windows and SQL administration, network and security architecture, lifecycle management, cyber security initiatives, and ensuring site-level infrastructure aligns with enterprise standards and best practices.

Provide on-site IT systems and desktop support in manufacturing environments, administer Windows servers, virtualization, storage, networking, Office365/Azure, Linux and open-source stacks, deploy IT infrastructure across sites, document and train staff, be on-call and travel between Texas locations.

Lead cost, schedule, and performance management for large capital projects. Develop CPM master schedules, perform schedule and EVM analysis, manage cost controls and forecasting, validate contractor progress, produce executive dashboards, oversee change management and risk mitigation, align schedules with procurement, and mentor project teams.

Own and execute the IT SOX compliance program, including scoping, walkthroughs, ITGC and application-control testing, risk assessment, documentation, reporting, deficiency identification, and remediation tracking. Partner with IT, Accounting, Internal Audit, control owners, and external auditors. Maintain control matrices and workpapers, support system and process change assessments, provide SOX training, and improve program efficiency and maturity.

Design, implement, and support hybrid IT/OT infrastructure across plants and corporate sites. Manage networking, Windows Server, virtualization, Azure, backup/DR, monitoring, and secure OT/SCADA connectivity. Partner with cybersecurity to enforce segmentation, MFA, logging, and vulnerability remediation. Produce documentation, runbooks, and architecture roadmaps to improve reliability and repeatability for production-critical services.

Lead and execute operational, financial, IT and SOX audits end-to-end. Plan and scope engagements, perform walkthroughs and testing, report findings, manage remediation, support external auditors, and contribute to risk assessment and audit planning while engaging cross-functional stakeholders.

Lead risk data governance, insurance renewal readiness, exposure tracking, and reporting. Collect, validate, reconcile, and report insurance and exposure data; build dashboards and analytics; coordinate renewals with brokers, carriers, finance, operations, and legal to inform underwriting and leadership decisions.

Manage transportation, storage, and distribution of sand across a multi-origin, multi-destination network. Optimize routes, track inventory and shipments, maintain carrier and 3PL relationships, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, document logistics activities, analyze data for process improvements, troubleshoot logistics/equipment issues, and collaborate with internal and external partners. Support prioritization and escalation as needed.

Serve as the liaison between business units and AI developers: lead discovery, translate needs into requirements, prioritize use cases, partner on solution design, drive adoption and change management, measure ROI, and ensure responsible AI governance and compliance.
