Coordinates customer orders, shipments, purchase orders, vendor relationships, supplier compliance, invoices, accruals, and supply chain reporting. Maintains accurate shipment and financial documentation, performs Excel-based KPI analysis, validates data, tracks deliveries, supports audits, and serves as a liaison among customers, sales, accounting, vendors, and plant teams. Leads the design, development, deployment, commissioning, and troubleshooting of industrial automation solutions using Ignition and Allen-Bradley platforms. Defines architecture, PLC and SCADA standards, integration patterns, reusable frameworks, and documentation. Mentors engineers, reviews designs and code, oversees third-party automation vendors, and supports projects across office, plant, and field environments. The role includes 15% travel within Texas, flexible hours, and after-hours on-call support.
