Source passive candidates, build talent pipelines, develop strategies for difficult searches, assess candidates, partner with hiring leaders, manage multiple requisitions, provide talent-market insights, support targeted recruiting initiatives, maintain ATS records, and deliver a strong candidate experience.

Leads onboarding, technical skills development, safety training, and continuous learning for employees across fabrication, production, engine rebuild, repair, and field service operations. Develops training programs and materials, conducts hands-on and on-site instruction, assesses skill gaps, supports troubleshooting and repairs, and partners with supervisors to improve training effectiveness. Frequent travel is required to provide training and operational support at multiple locations.
