The role requires completion of an approved practical or vocational nursing program and an active LPN license in the state of practice. Baylor staff work two 16-hour weekend shifts while receiving additional wage compensation.

Lead and oversee the MDS/RAI process in long-term care settings. Ensure compliance with Medicare/Medicaid, OBRA, and payer requirements. Requires active RN licensure and collaboration with care teams to manage assessments, documentation, and quality outcomes.
