Provides direct patient and resident care in skilled nursing, sub-acute, and long-term care settings. Responsibilities include administering medications, changing wound dressings, providing treatments, and performing physical examinations and diagnostic tests. The role requires completion of an approved practical or vocational nursing program and an active LPN license in the state of practice. Baylor staff work two 16-hour weekend shifts while receiving additional wage compensation.

Lead and oversee the MDS/RAI process in long-term care settings. Ensure compliance with Medicare/Medicaid, OBRA, and payer requirements. Requires active RN licensure and collaboration with care teams to manage assessments, documentation, and quality outcomes.
