Full-time receptionist for an outpatient radiology office responsible for patient check-in, demographic and insurance verification, phone routing, scheduling, payments, chart preparation, mail handling, and maintaining a welcoming, confidential reception area. Evening shift with rotating Saturdays and shift differential.

Provide radiographic and fluoroscopic examinations, ensure patient safety and radiation protection, assist in emergency response, supervise non-technical staff as needed, maintain accurate electronic records, and support efficient outpatient radiology operations across Brick and occasional coverage at Wall or Toms River offices.

Assist CT technologists with patient preparation, positioning, transport, and monitoring. Manage patient registration and histories, prepare and clean imaging rooms, restock supplies, support scheduling and workflow, ensure infection control and HIPAA compliance, and perform other assigned clinical support duties across Brick, Wall, and Toms River locations.

Lead and oversee CT clinical operations across multiple outpatient sites in the West region. Manage staffing, schedules, QC, ACR certification, equipment installations, and staff orientation. Perform CT scans regularly, ensure IV contrast safety, maintain documentation and logs, address employee performance issues, and participate in training and departmental meetings.

Perform radiographic exams (including general radiography, DEXA, fluoroscopy, tomographic procedures) following ACR protocols; maintain infection control and radiation safety; assist patients; operate office computer systems; perform QA/testing per NJDEP and ACR; provide informal supervision to non-technical staff and other assigned duties.

Provide administrative and image‑management support to radiologists: batch image reading support, urgent findings communication, chart preparation, scheduling callbacks, uploading outside imaging, ensuring prior studies available, and maintaining HIPAA compliance.
