Greet and register patients, verify demographics and insurance, answer and route calls, schedule appointments, collect payments, prepare charts and records, maintain reception area, provide patient support and instructions, and perform general clerical duties to support an outpatient radiology practice.

Support radiologists with batch image reading, manage urgent finding communications, organize readout sessions, ensure prior studies/pathology available, prepare charts and schedule callbacks, upload outside imaging, address PACS 'Awaiting Dictation' items, manage referral line inquiries, complete peer cards and final reports, and maintain HIPAA confidentiality.

Lead and oversee CT clinical operations across multiple outpatient sites, manage staffing and scheduling, ensure QC and ACR compliance, provide orientation and performance management, participate in equipment installations, perform CT scans as needed, and maintain documentation and safety procedures.
